We keep this simple: we collect only what we need to get your order to you and to answer your questions. We never sell your information and we never see your card details.

Order details: name, email address, phone number, delivery address and the items you ordered.
Support messages: anything you send us through the contact form or the on-site assistant.
Basic site analytics: pages visited, referring site and an anonymous visitor identifier. We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell data.
To process, ship and support your order, to answer your questions, to prevent fraud and abuse, and — only if you opt in — to tell you about new drops.
Card payments are handled entirely by our payment providers (Yoco and Stripe) on their own secure infrastructure. We never receive or store your card number, expiry or CVV.
Only the providers we need to run the store: our payment providers, our delivery partners (Pudo, Courier Guy) and our hosting and database provider. They may only use the data to perform that service.
Order records are kept for as long as required by South African tax and consumer law. Support messages and analytics are kept only as long as they are useful, and are deleted on request where we are not legally required to keep them.
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act you may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. Email worshipwardrobeapparel@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
The site runs over HTTPS. Our database enforces row-level access rules, admin access requires a separate login, and payment webhooks are cryptographically verified before any order is updated.
