These terms cover everything about buying from Worship Wardrobe — how drops and pre-orders work, how we handle payment and delivery, and exactly when a refund applies.

Worship Wardrobe ("we", "us") is a South African apparel brand based in Johannesburg, ZA. You can reach us at worshipwardrobeapparel@gmail.com.
By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.
Our pieces are produced in small, considered batches. Items shown as sold out are not currently available and are not guaranteed to return.
Where an item is offered as a pre-order, production begins after the drop closes and orders ship within 1–2 weeks of your order being paid, unless stated otherwise on the product page.
Colours may vary slightly between screens and the physical garment. Small variations in print placement are a normal part of small-batch production and are not defects.
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay.
Payment is taken through our secure payment providers (Yoco and Stripe). We never see or store your full card details.
An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully authorised. If payment fails, the order is not placed.
Refunds are issued only where the fault is ours — a manufacturing defect, damage in transit, or the wrong item or size sent. We do not refund change of mind, incorrect size chosen against our published size guide, or wear-and-tear.
Faulty or incorrect items: contact us within 14 days of delivery at worshipwardrobeapparel@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs. Approved claims are replaced where stock allows, or refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Exchanges: where stock allows, we will exchange for a different size within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging. Return shipping for exchanges is at your cost.
Sale, clearance and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for exchange unless faulty.
We ship across South Africa through Pudo lockers and Courier Guy door-to-door. Delivery estimates are given in business days and are not guarantees.
Risk passes to you on delivery. Please make sure your address and contact details are correct — we cannot be responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect details.
All designs, artwork, photography, wordmarks and site content are the property of Worship Wardrobe and may not be reproduced, resold or used commercially without written permission.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site, its accounts or its systems, scrape it at scale, or use it to distribute unlawful or harmful content.
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
We may update these terms from time to time; the version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
