Pre-orders ship within 1–2 weeks of payment. Delivery estimates are business days and start once your parcel is collected. We ship within South Africa only for now.

Returns & refunds

Refunds are issued only where the fault is ours — a manufacturing defect, damage in transit, or the wrong item or size sent. We do not refund change of mind, incorrect size chosen against our published size guide, or wear-and-tear.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: email worshipwardrobeapparel@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Approved claims are replaced where stock allows, or refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Size exchanges: available within 14 days of delivery where stock allows, provided the piece is unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging. Return shipping for exchanges is at your cost. Check the size guide before ordering.

Sale, clearance and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for exchange unless faulty. Full detail lives in our terms & conditions.

Tracking your order

Once your parcel is collected we email your tracking number. You can also ask the assistant in the bottom-right corner of this site — give it your order number and the email you ordered with and it will look up the status for you.
